//how it works

How it works

The platform has four demand-creation surfaces and five machinery pillars. The four surfaces are the parts of the platform that buyers see. The five pillars are the machinery that runs underneath them. Each part below states what it does and what it will not do. A page that states its limits can be trusted about its capabilities.

//the four surfaces

The four surfaces, in the order they compound

The four surfaces have one job: create demand for the company you built.

01

Influence

The agents manage your presence in the online communities where your buyers gather. They encourage your customers to tell their own transformation stories. They answer real questions and explain the diagnostic assessment and why it matters. Every exchange moves the person toward the assessment.

02

Decision

The agents research the people your buyers already trust. They open each target's own published contact route and fill the contact form with the email you write. Every message points to the diagnostic assessment.

03

Demand

Diagnostic assessments answer, qualify and persuade. The report explains how the company transforms the person through its products or services, and the implementation plan is written as the use of those products or services.

04

Databank

Consented sales conversations become a catalogued store of knowledge that machines can read. Search engines, AI assistants and other companies' agents can then understand your business and refer buyers to it.

Every path ends at the diagnostic assessment. The assessment always comes first. The platform does nothing else until the assessment is complete.

Trust Vault

The Trust Vault is the diagnostic engine that every business sets up first. Your engineers drive the assessment builder. The question plan adapts when an answer is vague. The reports name what to do next, and the rewards close the loop. The credit ledger counts completed assessments only. Each company has one vault, and its settings match that company's objective.

The assessment adapts to the person answering it. The assessment never asks the same question in four different ways.

Honest limits: an abandoned attempt still costs nothing, but a session that starts reserves one credit. Nothing about the assessment can be configured into unreadability. The three licensed colour palettes and the fixed type ladder are fixed platform rules.

Search Agents

Each company has one Search Agent. It follows every search direction in your instruction set. It finds the places where your customers gather and the places where trusted voices gather. Each candidate returns with evidence that supports it, so your team can qualify it.

Honest limit: Search Agents never enter Facebook groups. That rule is intentional. They read only what is publicly readable, and they qualify it with evidence.

Visibility Agents

Once a community is registered, a Visibility Agent manages the business's profile there. It answers questions with genuine expertise. It shares the diagnostic link when a member's described situation needs deeper diagnosis. It respects the posting limits that your business sets. The agent contributes useful answers first, and every post shows which business the agent represents.

Honest limits: Visibility Agents never create profiles, never send direct messages and never post without guardrails. Every action is capped, logged and pausable by a person.

Appointment Booking Agent

When a person who completed their assessment chooses to meet, the single booking agent issues the booking link and captures the details. It sends the requested appointment to every eligible employee. Each employee has two minutes to accept it, and the first qualified employee to accept gets it. Both sides receive a confirmation and reminders. No agent ever books on anyone's behalf.

Honest limits: a maximum of four accepted bookings per company per day. The booking window covers the next two weeks. If nobody accepts an appointment, the platform escalates it instead of ignoring it.

Signal CRM

The Signal CRM is the console where signals become actions. The inbox shows what needs to be done next. The people directory holds every respondent's answers and outcomes. The console also holds the booking desk, the community queue, the fleet overview, and the account page. On the account page the super admin account manages the account admin accounts, the credits and the record of every action.

Honest limits: each company has one CRM. Only the people who hold that company's accounts can enter it. The super admin account and the account admin accounts of one company can never enter another company's CRM. The humans who own the customer relationship can see everything the platform does, because no action stays invisible to them.

//the buyer's sequence

The buyer's sequence

  1. 1Take the diagnostic

    The assessment is free. You do not need an account and you do not need to log in. The assessment adapts to each answer, and it qualifies and persuades through the person's own answers.

  2. 2Receive the report and the plan

    The report explains how the company transforms the person through its products or services. The implementation plan is written as the use of those products or services.

  3. 3The company's route takes over

    After the diagnostic, the company's engineers choose what happens next. The customer can pay online, meet a representative, give the work to the company's team, or implement the plan themselves.

  4. 4Prove and compound

    The platform records the outcome. A consented conversation becomes catalogue content. The next buyer finds the information faster, and the cycle repeats with a warmer audience.
