Training for your agents, once-off
R114,000
Invoiced on engagement with delivery scheduled.
The engagement has two halves, and the price covers both. In the first half, the specialists configure your company's autonomous agents. They author assessment definitions with you. They write and validate search instruction blocks. They calibrate visibility playbooks to your communities and your voice. They configure the booking flows. They set the guardrails and the disclosure rules for your jurisdictions. In the second half, the specialists teach your people to use the success-led method themselves. The delivery runs over an agreed period.
This curriculum is for the people who hold your account admin accounts. Your super admin account nominates who attends.
//the training prices
R114,000
Invoiced on engagement with delivery scheduled.
R14,250
An instalment plan over twelve months, settled through PayPal as a subscription you approve.
R11,115
A longer instalment plan over twenty-four months, with early settlement at the outstanding principal at any time.
Every figure above shows in the currency of the country you select in the switch above the menu. Instalment plans are ordinary subscriptions. They produce invoices, payment retries and reminders. The once-off engagement settles through PayPal. Both instalment plans settle as PayPal subscriptions that you approve on PayPal's own page.
The full published price list carries these same three training terms, and every amount there is the platform's published figure in your country's currency.
Refunds are covered by the country-aware refund policy and the cancellation policy. If the platform fails to deliver part of the engagement, you receive a full refund for that part. If you and the platform agree to end the engagement early, you receive a refund in proportion to the undelivered part. If the delivery is complete and you refuse it, there is no refund. The measures below are the evidence.
//engagement shape
1Discovery
A working session using the builder live, covering your market, goals and existing funnel.
2Configuration sprints
The specialists deliver assessments, instructions and playbooks into your console. At the end you own working configurations, not slide decks.
3Team workshop
The specialists teach the human curriculum, scheduled around your business hours.
4Supervised launch
A platform specialist joins your first live assessment and your first community profile. The training succeeds when your platform works. A passed quiz does not prove that.
530-day follow-up review
The review covers metrics and adjustments. You receive a handover report that states what was configured, what was measured and what to watch.
//the human curriculum
| Module | Duration | Outcome |
|---|---|---|
| The success-led method | Half day | Staff can explain the platform to a customer in three sentences and to a sceptic in ten. |
| Reading people well | Half day, with practice | Your team learns to read answers honestly. A thin answer becomes a question to explore, not a gap to hide. |
| The consultation | Full day, with role-play | The warm-start method: a briefing, then the goal, the gap and the next steps. The outcome is recorded honestly. |
| Stewarding the fleet | Half day | A named team member can run your fleet review with the platform's checklist. |
| Commerce and books | Half day | Your finance person leaves able to audit the platform's numbers. |
| The method's ethics | Half day, woven throughout | What the agents will not do, and the reasons. The platform teaches this last and tests it first. |
Durations are indicative, delivery is adaptable, and content is versioned. Sessions are recorded (with consent) for your own reuse, so a new hire six months later watches the consultation workshop rather than waiting for the next engagement.
The training counts the configurations your own team completes during the sessions. This number shows whether your team will keep working well after the specialists leave. The training fails if it makes your team depend on the specialists.
//measures and honesty
Delivery: sessions held against sessions planned; configurations completed by your hands; first live assessment within the window; time to first value.
Enablement: your team's self-service rate in the following 90 days; the trend in support tickets; the fleet review that your named steward executes.
Outcome: your transformation metrics at the 30-day and 90-day reviews. The reviews discuss correlation. The platform claims causation only when a controlled comparison supports it.
The engagement letter states the scope, the schedule, the instalment totals and the settlement arithmetic. It also states the failure conditions. If delivery slips, the platform makes it good, extends the engagement or refunds the undelivered part, as the written policy states. If your team cannot attend, you can reschedule without penalty within the stated bounds. The engagement is done when the measures above pass at the 30-day review.
What training is not: it is not a certification scheme. It is not an open-ended retainer disguised as training. It is not a substitute for your own strategy.
After the engagement, the platform never forces an upsell on you. The follow-up offers exactly two things: a candid assessment of what to work on next, and a price if you want the platform's help again.
You can buy once-off, twelve monthly instalments or twenty-four monthly instalments. Every figure is the published price in your country's currency.
